□ 모집 개요 목 적 ○ 진취적인 미술작가에게 창작활동 공간제공으로 미술발전 도모 ○ 다양한 전시행사를 통해 미술 수준 향상과 문화도시 위상 제고 운영 개요 ○ 위 치 : 충북 청주시 상당구 용암로 55 ○ 입주기간 : 장기 1년 (2021. 05. 01 - 2022. 04. 20)                   단기 6개월 (상반기 2021. 05. 01 ~ 2021. 10. 20)                                  (하반기 2021. 11. 01 ~ 2022. 04. 20) ○ 운영시간 : 24시간 개방 ○ 입주정원 : 총 18명   - 장기 1년 : 10명   - 단기 6개월 : 8명 ○ 입주분야 : 평면, 입체, 사진, 영상, 설치 등 시각예술분야 ○ 이 용 료 : 무료 (단 개인이 사용하는 전기, 인터넷 등 기타이용료는 작가 부담)​

□ 신청 접수 공고기간 : 2020. 10. 30. (금) ~ 11. 16 (월) 신청 자격 ○ 본 스튜디오에 입주한 경력이 없는 청주지역 및 국내·외 미술작가   * 우대사항   - 청주시에 현재 2년 이상 계속 거주하고 있는 사람.   - 청주시에 과거 3년 이상 거주하였고, 현재 1년 이상 계속 거주하고 있는 사람   - 그 밖에 지역사회발전(미술 분야)에 기여하였다고 시장이 인정하는 우수한 자는 심사결과에     따라 우선 배정     (청주시 청주시립미술관 운영조례 시행규칙 제8조 청주미술창작스튜디오 운영)

입주제한 및 신청불가 사항 ○ 학부 재학 중인 경우 ○ 주 40시간 이상 근로계약이 된 소속기관이 있는 경우 ○ 초중고 및 대학교 전임교원으로 소속된 경우 ○ 청주미술창작스튜디오와 동일한 입주기간에 다른 창작레지던시 입주작가로 선정된 경우   * 스튜디오 입주 후 상기 위반사실 확인 시 선정 취소 및 퇴실조치 함

The Cheongju Art Studio issues a public notice of selecting an artist in residence every year between October to December and select internal and external original artists. According to studio ordinance, set period from long-term a year, short-term 6 month program and occupancy capacity about 18 people, vet original artists with portfolio and interview. Due to the fact that 80% of the applicants of an artist in residence are late 20s to late 30s, it shows us that central region young artists are applying and using Cheongju Art Studio as an art platform. Examining an artist in residence is first examined based on art portfolio and secondly final selection by proceeding a video interview of the work plan during the residence period and the creative process. When selected as an artist in residence, each will be provided various indirect creation support such as an independent studio, work promotion, project exhibition plan, production of collection and etc;. Moreover, the whole programs of the studios are operated to produce and link creative ideas of young artist, and keep promoting art works to each organization and experts. ■ Cheongju Art Studio

□ Registration Notice Period : October 30, 2020 (Fri) ~ November 16 (Mon) Qualification for application ○ Cheongju and both internal and external artists without the experience of     moving into this studio   * Preferences   - A person currently living in Cheongju-si for more than 2 years.   - A person who has lived in Cheongju-si for more than 3 years in the past,     and still living in for more than a year.   - A person who is recognized by a mayor to have contributed in the local community     development(art) will be allocated preferentially     (Cheongju-si Cheongju Museum of Art Management Ordinance Article 8 Management of     Cheongju Art Studio) Restrictions on occupancy and unable to apply details ○ When in attendance at an undergraduate student ○ When have a belonging organization with a working contract more than 40 hours a week ○ When belong to a faculty in full service of elementary, middle, high school and university ○ When selected as an artist in residence of other artist residence with the same period     in the Cheongju Art Studio     * When confirmed to have violated above statements after moving into studio,       a selection is revoked and will take check out measures.

Evidential material of internal or external exhibition record     (Submit later, just for final successful applicants)   * Private exhibition art brochure or confirmation of exhibition opening 7. Second examination method and submitting documents   * Just in case of the successful applicants of the first examination, proceed non face-to-face     examination, using artwork presentation video   * Presentation video must be in AVI format and maximum 5 minutes   * When presenting foreign language, must put in Korean subtitles.   * Presentation video submission deadline and detailed producing format should     be individually informed to the relevant people after announcing accepted people * Every submitting documents should be zipped into a file and submitted
