(꿈을 꿀 수 있는 우리의 특권은 신이 인간에게 주는 최고의 선물일 것이다.) 놀랍게도 이 곳에 오니, 다른 해일이 일어나고 있었다. 비가 오는... 아니, 비가 오고 있었다. 그것은 반기는 듯 해 보이기도 하고, 폭우로 돌변 할지 모르니 돌아가라고 일침을 하는 듯 하다. 이 양면성을 느끼며 물속에 빠진 듯 겁이 나야 했지만, 이상하게도 측은해 보였다. 그렇게 광막한 공간에 왜소한 움직임, 작은 공기, 빗물 한 방울 같은 인간이라는 존재가 꿈을 꾸며, 쉬다 잠이 들다가도 욕심을 내보기도 하는 작고 찬란한 행동들을 호젓한 불확실성 안에 띄워본다. ■ 김하나

When embracing uncertainty as mysterious moment, Confronting with uncertainty through persevering pursuit, Time, place, and figuration within it create resplendent imagery. Though sensed uncertainty in the middle of the stormy tidal wave last time, I walked into deeper inside it this time. (Dreaming might be our privilege and the best gift given from god.) Surprised, another tidal wave was about to rise as I arrived here. Seemed like... no, it was raining. Looked as if it greeted me or warned me off an upcoming downpour at the same time. In the face of ambivalence, a fear of drowning ought to dominate me, Rather I was overwhelmed by pity. Small but dazzling deeds such as dream, rest, sleep, and eager Are laid gently upon tranquil uncertainty by a being called human - a tiny movement in boundless space, particle in the air, a raindrop. ■ Kim Hana
