□ 모집개요 ○ 모집대상: 국내· 외 예술가 ○ 모집분야 및 모집인원    1) 정기입주: 7인       동시대예술 전 분야: 회화, 설치, 필름&비디오,       미디어아트, 퍼포먼스 등 시· 청각 예술 분야    2) 프로젝트 수행 입주 (단기): 2인(팀) 이내       지역 연구, 공단 연구, 커뮤니티 기반, 매체 및 미디어 연구 등       프로젝트 수행 형 입주작가       * 프로젝트 제안서 제출 (자유형식)    3) 국외입주: 2인 이내(기간별 각 1인)       동시대 예술 전 분야 작가 및 전시 기획자(개인)       * 전시기획자의 경우 전시 기획 5회 이상       * 영어로 의사 소통이 가능한 자

○ 입주기간    1) 정기입주: 2019.03 ~ 2020.02 (12개월, 국내)    2) 기획입주(프로젝트 수행 형 입주작가)       - A: 2019.03~2019.08 (5개월, 국내)       - B: 2019.09~2020.01 (5개월, 국내)       * 프로젝트 수행 필요에 따라 5개월씩 최대 3회 연장 가능. 총15개월       * 프로젝트 제안 실행을 위한 추가 연장 신청 시, 각 회 당 심사 후 연장    3) 국외입주: 단기 3개월       - C: 2019.06~2019.08(3개월)       - D: 2019.10~2019.12(3개월)

□ 신청 자격 및 유의사항 ○ 신청자격    - 공통       · 실험적이고 창의적인 창작활동을 하고자 하는 예술가       · 모집공고일 기준 만 24세 이상 예술가    - 기획 입주작가       · 프로젝트 수행형 입주작가로 프로젝트 제안서 검토를 통해         프로젝트 수행 적합성 여부 판단 후 선정       · 프로젝트 수행 후 결과보고전 진행    - 국외 입주작가       · 국외 국적을 가진 예술가       · 국외 장기체류자 및 비자소지자 국외 입주작가로 지원 불가       · 비자 취득 등 한국 체류에 관한 모든 제반 사항은 개인이 해결해야 함

○ 유의사항    - 팔복예술공장 2기 입주 기간이 국내 외 타 레지던시 기간과 중복되지 않아야 함    - 대학교 재학생 지원 불가    - 제출 서류 중 의도적 미기입이나 허위사실이 있는 경우 선정이 취소 될 수 있음

□ 의무사항 - 팔복예술공장 창작스튜디오 운영 규정 및 입주작가 협약조건 준수 - 팔복예술공장 창작스튜디오 프로그램 및 전시 참여   * 프리뷰전, 입주보고전, 비평가 매칭, 오픈스튜디오, 팔복살롱 등 - 프로젝트 및 국외 입주작가(팀)의 경우 퇴실 전 프로젝트 결과보고 진행

□ 지원사항 - 창작공간 지원   · 정기 입주작가: 1인당 스튜디오 1실 (16평 1실, 9평 6실)   · 기획 입주작가 및 국외 입주작가: 2인(팀) 스튜디오 내 1실 제공 (약 86㎡) - 비평가 매칭 등 창작지원 프로그램 제공 - FoCA 랩 연구실(19년 운영 예정) 참여기회 제공 - 전주 외 타 지역 지원자에 한하여 숙소 제공 (* 숙소 공과금은 숙소 사용자가 부담) - 온· 오프라인 홍보 및 전시도록 발간 - 팔복예술공장 B동 꿈꾸는 예술터 '예술교육' 참여 가능 - 국외작가에 한해 항공료(150만원 이내) 지원 - 프로젝트 입주작가(팀) 프로젝트 지원비 지원   * 프로젝트 제안서 심사 및 검토 후 지원여부, 지원범위 결정
