인천아트플랫폼은 2019년 레지던시 프로그램에 참여할 입주 예술가를 다음과 같이 모집합니다. 인천아트플랫폼은 예술가들에게 창작공간과 다양한 지원 프로그램을 제공하는 레지던시 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다. 인천아트플랫폼 레지던시 프로그램은 교류와 협업, 장르 간 융합을 시도하고 입주 예술가의 창작 발표를 비롯하여 지역과 연계한 다양한 프로젝트를 진행할 수 있도록 기회를 제공합니다. 시각 및 공연 분야의 창의적이고 실험적인 예술가의 많은 관심과 신청바랍니다. ■ 인천아트플랫폼

□ 모집개요 ○ 공모대상: 국내외 시각분야 예술가 및 국내 공연분야 예술가 ○ 입주기간    - 국내: 11개월(2019년 3월 ~ 2020년 1월)    - 국외: 3개월 - A(2019년 3~5월), B(2019년 6~8월), C(2019년 9~11월) 중 택일 ○ 모집분야 및 인원: 총 23인(팀) 내외    - 시각예술(19인/팀)      ▷ 국내 예술가 및 기획자(장기)         · 평면, 입체, 사진, 영상, 미디어아트, 커뮤니티아트 등의 예술가 / 14인(팀)         · 전시기획, 미술평론·이론, 예술연구 분야의 기획자(개인) / 2인      ▷ 국외 예술가 (단기)         · 평면, 입체, 사진, 영상, 미디어아트, 커뮤니티아트 등의           예술가(개인 또는 단체) / 3인(팀) - 기간별 1인           * 영어로 의사소통이 가능한 자    - 공연예술(4인/팀)      ▷ 국내 예술가 및 연출가(장기)         · 음악(사운드아트, 전자음악, 클래식, 전통음악 등) 기반 공연 장르의           예술가로 무대에서 공연이 가능한 개인 또는 단체 / 3인(팀)         · 연극, 무용분야의 연출가 및 안무가(개인) / 1인

□ 신청자격 및 제외대상 ○ 신청 자격    - 공통: 모집공고일 기준으로 만 25세 이상의 창작 활동이 활발한 국내외 예술가 및 기획자·연출가      * 단체의 경우, 구성원 모두 공모 신청자격을 갖춰야 함    - 국외 예술가의 경우,      · 개인 또는 2인 이하 단체 지원 가능      · 국내외 구분은 국적을 기준으로 함(단체: 대표자의 국적)      · 개인이 비자 취득 등 한국 체류에 관한 모든 법적 문제를 해결해야 하며,        관련된 분쟁 발생 시 선정이 취소될 수 있음      · 영어로 의사소통 가능한 자    - 시각예술-기획자의 경우, 미술관련 학위 소지자로 시각예술 분야 전시 기획 5회 이상    - 공연예술-연출가의 경우, 연극 및 무용 분야에서 최근 3년간      신작 2개 작품 이상 공연 연출 경력이 있는 자 ○ 신청제외 대상    - 국내외 타 레지던시 참여기간이 당해년도 인천아트플랫폼 레지던시 입주기간과 중복되는 예술가    - 영리를 목표로 하는 상․법인, 민간기획사, 종교 및 친교단체, 학교 동아리 등    - 2019년도에 공연장 상주단체 지원 사업에 연속 지원이 약속되었거나 지원 예정인 경우

□ 의무사항 ○ 오픈 스튜디오, 결과보고 전시 또는 공연 참여 ○ 비평 프로그램 - 플랫폼 살롱(프레젠테이션), 이론가 매칭 등 참여 ○ 온·오프라인 포트폴리오 제출 ○ 개인 제세공과금 납부(퇴실 전) ○ 입주계약 내용 준수 ○ 1인(팀) 1프로젝트 진행 * 아트플랫폼 공간 및 홍보 지원    - 시각예술분야: 전시, 커뮤니티 아트, 교육 프로그램 등    - 공연예술분야: 레파토리 공연, 교육 프로그램 등    - 국외 입주작가의 경우, 퇴실 전 프로젝트 결과발표 진행

□ 지원사항 ○ 창작공간 지원    - 국내 예술가: 1인(팀) 당 스튜디오 1실    - 국외 예술가: 1인(팀) 당 스튜디오 1실과 게스트룸 1실      * 스튜디오 현황: 16.6평 3실 / 16.3평 3실 / 13.1평 6실 / 12.3평 2실 / 8.8평 4실 / 7.3평 4실 ○ 프로그램 및 홍보 지원    - 비평·연구 프로그램 등 레지던시 프로그램 지원    - 온·오프라인 홍보지원 ○ 프로젝트 발표(전시, 공연 등)에 필요한 공간 및 창작 지원금 일부 지원    - 지원 공간: 창고갤러리(36평 규모), 윈도우 갤러리, 공연장(블랙박스 형태) ○ 기타: 국외작가의 경우, 항공료(150만원 이하) 및 프로젝트 수행비 일부 지원

■ INCHEON ART PLATFORM 2019 Artists-in-Residence Program    Open Call for Applications (International Artists) Incheon Art Platform is pleased to announce Open Call for international artists in our Artists-in-Residence program for 2019. As a cultural complex for the arts, Incheon Art Platform aims to develop its residency program as a space for creative experiments; where artists from diverse practices are encouraged to collaborate and exchange with one another to form alternative discourse in contemporary art. In support of our artists, IAP offers opportunities to engage with the locals by promoting projects (exhibition, etc.) and working with the community. (November 14, 2018) ■ INCHEON ART PLATFORM

□ General Information ○ Application Field: Open call only applies for international artists in the Visual Arts.    - Visual arts such as painting, installation, photograph, video, media art, community art, and etc. ○ Space Availability: 1 artist (individual or duo) per term *total of 3 terms in 2019. ○ Duration: 3 months per term. ○ Applicant should select 1 term among the following 3 available terms.    - Term A: March - May / Term B: June - August / Term C: September - November

□ Eligibility ○ INTERNATIONAL is classified under applicant's nationality.    - Group applicants will be based on the leader's nationality. ○ Individual or group applicants with an active career in relevant field(s) who are over the age of 25.    - Applicant must have been born on or before November 14th, 1992.    - All participating members from a group application must be over the age of 25. ○ Only individual artist or artist duo is available to apply. ○ All applicants are responsible for visa issuance and legal procedures to lawfully participate in IAP. If an applicant is unable to secure legal authorization to reside in South Korea, IAP may revoke your space in the program. ○ Applicant(s) who don't have problem with English. ○ The following organizations are NOT permitted to apply for the residency program:    - Group of three or more artists    - For profit organizations: Commercial, corporations, private management companies, and etc.    - Institutional organizations: School clubs, religious organizations, and etc.

□ Responsibility ○ Participating in IAP program    - Open studio, Final exhibition    - Residency program (Platform salon, critique program, etc.)    - International artist(s) will present/exhibit work(s) completed during the period in residence. ○ Agreement for offer portfolio (on/offline) ○ Compliance with the regulations of Art Platform

□ Support and Resources ○ Studio: 1 private room per individual or group. ○ Guest room (only for international artist): accommodated with a single bed, bathroom for one person ○ Support program, promotion (on/offline) ○ Opportunities to participate in presentation(exhibition, etc.) with proportion of the budget ○ Round-trip airfare (only for international artist): Up to 1,500,000won (approx. 1,300 US dollars) per artist or group.

□ How to apply ○ Announcement: November 14th (Wed), 2018 ○ Application Period: November 19th (Mon) - November 27th(Tue), 2018. ○ Online application: Submit your application from our IAP website (www.inartplatform.kr/english_new/).    - Under the right column heading 'Residency', click 'Application'.    - Applications are received only through online procedures.    - Applications submitted by e-mail, in-person, and by mail/courier will not be accepted. ○ Online application will closed at 6:00pm KST, November 27th (Tue), 2018    - Submit your application early, as heavy traffic may cause delays and/or problems near the deadline.    - Under any circumstances, late application will NOT be accepted (including incomplete, correction, and/or errors due to online traffic. Then make sure to insert the link URLs in your portfolio document.    - Recommendation Letters (in PDF file Format)      ▷ Applicant must submit two recommendation letters by international professionals in the field of Arts.      ▷ Each letter must include referee's signature and contact information (e-mail, contact number).      ▷ Submit as a PDF files format.    - Introduction Video    - Instead of interviewing, international applicant must submit 1 video file (.avi/.mov) of introducing your creative activities and project plan during your stay in IAP in English within 3 minutes.      * Submitted materials will not be returned.      * Applicant(s) who fail to complete all of the above will not be considered.

Applicants are solely reviewed by their application including the introduction video. ○ Final announcement of selected applicants: December 28th (Fri), 2018 (tentative)    - Actual schedule can be adjusted according to the evaluation process.    - Notice will be posted on our website and selected applicants will be informed individually as well.
