기억 속으로 ● 나는 꿈을 꾼다. / 하얀 꿈을 . . . / 어릴 때 기억 속으로 간다. / 영원히 잊지 못할 꿈을 . . . // 그 기억 속 꿈을 키우며 놀던 향리엔 / 언제나 그 자리에 우뚝 서있는 / 나의 친목(親木)들 . . . // 봄이면 동네는 목련과 매화가 꽃을 피우고 / 여름이면 마을의 수호신 당산나무가 있었다. / 가을에는 앞마당 감나무와 과수원 사과나무가 있고 / 초겨울이면 모과나무에 모과만 노랗게 대롱대롱 / 그리고 소나무는 눈이 와도 늘 푸른 잎으로 반겼다. // 나는 그 기억 속에 빠져 하얀 꿈을 / 하얀 캔버스에 사진으로 그린다. // 추억 속에 떠오르는 친목들을 표현하기 위하여 / 나는 연막을 뿌려 아련한 꿈으로 그려본다. ■ 신호

Into the Memory... ● I dream a dream, a white dream . . . / I dream into young boyhood memories / that I never forget forever . . . // The memory of my hometown I played raising hope / is always with my friendly trees / standing high up beside. // In spring, magnolia and apricot were in bloom / In summer, the sacred pine was guarding the village / In autumn, the persimmon in the garden and / he apple trees in the orchard were laden with / In early winter, the quince has borne yellow fruits / And in midwinter, the pine trees were still evergreen. // I drew like billowing white dream on the photo, / laying down a smoke screen / for those friendly trees in my memory. ■ SHINHO
