홍티아트센터는 부산 사하구 다대포 무지개 공단 내에 조성된 문화·창작 공간입니다. 앞으로 무지개공단 속에 창의적인 문화를 꽃피워갈 홍티아트센터 레지던시 입주 작가를 모집합니다. 작가들이 머물 수 있는 연구실을 비롯하여 스튜디오 등 다양한 부대시설을 갖추고 있어 연구, 전시, 교육 학술활동이 가능하도록 마련되어 있습니다. 더불어 설치미술의 예술성과 공공성을 일깨우고, 시민들에게 대중적으로 인식할 수 있는 기회를 마련 하고자 그 뜻을 함께 만들어 갈 작가들을 기다립니다. ■ 홍티아트센터

1. 사업개요 ○ 사업명 : 2015 홍티아트센터 입주예술가 공모 ○ 공고기간 : 2015년 1월 26일 ~ 2월 16일(월) ○ 접수기간 : 2015년 2월 09일 ~ 2월 16일 18:00시 까지 ○ 입주일 : 2015년 3월 중순

2. 사업대상 ○ 공모분야 - 설치미술을 위주로 작업하는 작가 및 프로젝트형 단기 입주작가 ○ 모집인원 - 단기입주 2명(3월중순~7월, 8월~12월), 3명(3월중순~6월말, 7월~9월, 10월~12월) ○ 모집구분    1) 입주예술가 공모-개인 형태 입주      * 개인(입주작가) 창작공간과 작가연구실 1대 1 매칭    2) 프로젝트 공모-A. 커뮤니티 프로그램 운영 공모      * 단기입주작가로 지역에 기반을 둔 예술교육 프로그램, 공공예술 프로젝트 운영이 가능한 예술가    3) 프로젝트 공모-B. 생태계 탐사 프로젝트 운영 공모      * 홍티마을, 삼각주 등 다대포 일대 생태를 활용한 탐사 프로그램 진행      * 생태탐사 프로그램 운영기간 : 상반기(4,5,6월 예정), 하반기(9,10,11월 예정)

3. 입주기간 ○ 국내외예술가    - 단기입주 - 5개월(2명), 3개월(3명)

4. 신청자격 ○ 공공미술 및 설치미술을 위주로 작업하는 국내외 거주하는 예술가    단기(3~5개월이내) 프로젝트 중심으로 활동하는 예술가(장르무관)

5. 입주조건 ○ 홍티아트센터의 운영규정을 토대로 홍티아트센터와 긴밀한 협조 및 안전을 위한 사용규칙 준수    * 홍티아트센터 운영 내부규칙 참고 ○ 개인사용 이용료 부담은 3.3㎡당 월 5000원을 관리비로 납부 ○ 홍티아트센터의 레지던시 프로그램 및 행사에 적극 참여 ○ 활동일수 : 매월 15일 이상 공간 활용 의무 ○ 작가 창작활동 및 지역주민과 커뮤니티 활동과 예술교육프로그램 시행

Hongti Art Center is an artist residency located in Sahagu Dadepo Rainbow Factory Village, Busan. We are calling for prospective residents to contribute to Hongti Art Center through their cultural and creative participation. Hongti Art Center provides a wide range of facilities including labs, studios and an exhibition space. It supports artists by providing space to study, exhibit and do academic research. In addition to supporting artists, Hongti's objective is to enlighten the artistic value of installation art with the general public. 5. Term condition    Hongti Art Center : Rules and Policies ○ There is a rental space fee (per 3.3㎡ 5000 won/month) ○ Please attend all events and programmes during your residency stay at Hongti Art Centre. ○ You must attend more than 15 days at Hongti Art Centre. ○ Art practice, Art community project or art education programme conduct is dependant on your art practice.

6. Support offered by our team ○ Studio and Living Accommodation    - 1 studio and 1 living accommodation per 1 artist(pay studio & accommodation fees monthly)    - Internet, electricity and water fees are free    - Free to use: seminar room, public workshop place, and community hall    - Exhibition space: you must submit your proposal for the exhibition ○ Support for Programmes    - Advertise residency artists and open seminars with other artists.    - Every artist is requested to participate in Open Studio.    It is designed to introduce and connect residency artists to the public. ○ Support for Projects    - If you have a community based art project or an exploration of ecosystem project,      there is support by Hongti Art Centre. Selection Process ○ 1st Expert evaluation (Document screening): Feb. 26 (Thu.), 2015 ○ 2nd Expert evaluation (Interview and Presentation): Mar. 2 (Mon.), 2015    * International artists are exempted from 2nd expert evaluation    * If international artists who live and stay in Korea want to participate in 2nd expert evaluation,      Hongti will provide equal opportunity with domestic artists ○ Release of results: 2015.
