보이콧 2014 부산비엔날레

■ 부산문화연대는 '2014 부산비엔날레'에 대해 보이콧을 선언합니다. 부산비엔날레조직위원회는 엄격하게 진행되어야 할 감독선정절차를 지키지 않았습니다. 심사를 해야 할 위원이 감독후보를 직접 추천하였고, 규정에도 없는 공동감독제를 제안하는 등 상식을 벗어난 행동을 하였습니다. 충분한 시간이 있었음에도 잘못된 결정을 수정하지 않았으며 지역의 문화예술인과의 대화도 거부하였습니다. 단지 비엔날레 홈페이지에 유감을 표현한 것이 사과의 전부였습니다. 이에 부당한 절차로 선정된 감독이 진행하는 행사에 대해 문화예술인을 비롯하여 시민들이 참여하는 보이콧운동을 전개 합니다.   1. 부산비엔날레에서 개최하는 전시 및 행사, 스텝 및 자원봉사, 기부, 후원 등 참여 거부 2. 오광수 운영위원장 및 전체 운영위원, 관련 책임자의 퇴진 3. 2014년 부산비엔날레 파행운영의 문제점과 과제의 공론화와 새로운 비엔날레를 위한 개혁 청사진 제시   2014. 5. 1. 부산문화연대   * 『 2014 부산비엔날레 보이콧』 선언에 동참하시는 분은 성명과 소속(직업)을 남겨주시길 바랍니다. ■ Busan Culture Solidarity declares boycott of the 2014 Busan Biennale. The Busan Biennale organizing committee did not adhere to the requirements for selecting a director for the Busan Biennale 2014. The members of the committee should have interviewed several candidates for the position of Busan Biennale director—instead they merely recommended a candidate directly. When the director got selected by a vote, Oh Kwangsoo (the operating committee director of the Busan Biennale) suddenly suggested that the two directors should work together. He completely ignored the ranking. There were no regulations in place for having two directors working together. This goes against common sense. Despite having had enough time at their disposal, the members of the committee did not rectify their mistake. Likewise, they did not talk with artists or with any art-related persons in Busan, and merely expressed their regret on the Busan Biennale Homepage. It was clear that this expression was not sincere. For this reason, the artists, art-related persons, and citizens will boycott the 2014 Busan Biennale. The selection of the director was unjust.   1. We refuse to participate in any exhibitions and events, nor will we participate in presenting staff, volunteers, donations or sponsorship. 2. We require Oh Kwangsoo, a member of the Busan Biennale committee and any implicated persons in charge to resign from the 2014 Busan Biennale. 3. ■ 釜山文化連帯は[2014年釜山ビエンナーレ]を ボイコットすることを宣言します。   釜山ビエンナーレ組織委員会は、厳重に選定するべきであるビエンナーレのディレクター 選考の基準を守りませんでした。厳正な立場にある審査委員がディレクター候補を直接推 薦したり、規定にない共同ディレクター制を提案するなど、常軌を逸した行動をとりまし た。推薦から選考、選定まで充分な時間があったにもかかわらず、間違った決定を取り 消しませんでした。また、釜山地域の文化芸術人とのコミュニケーションも拒否しまし た。 ただ、ビエンナーレのホームページに建て前の遺憾を表した謝罪文だけ掲示したのが全て です。従って不当な方法で選ばれたディレクターが 行う行事に関して、釜山文化連帯は文化芸術人をはじめ、市民、全世界芸術愛好家などと 共にボイコット運動を展開します。   一.釜山ビエンナーレが開催する展示やイベントにスタッフやボランティア、並びに寄 付、後援などの参加を拒否します 二. オ・グァンス運営委員長と全体の運営委員、関連した責任者の退陣を要求します 三. 2014年釜山ビエンナーレの不正運営の問題点と、課題の公論化、新しいビエンナーレ のための改革のビジョンの提示   2014年5月1日 釜山文化連帯   * 『2014釜山ビエンナーレボイコット』宣言 に賛同される方は、氏名と所属（職業）を残 していただきたい。 * 公式ホ−ムページ www.boycott2014.net

■ 釜山文化连带宣言抵制2014年釜山双年展   釜山双年展节组织委员会负责严格执行总导演选定的崇高义务，很遗憾，他们没有遵守其规定程序。有些评委委员的脱轨和无知，不胜枚举，如： 或直接推荐候选人，或提出本无规定的共同总导演制等。他们已有充分的时间；但是，又没有认错的努力，再没有改错的行动，更加拒绝了跟釜山文艺界的对话。在双年展主页上暂挂简单一句表示遗憾，倒很遗憾，是他们所能所做的一切的。 因此，我们文艺界决议了，与市民共同开始抵制行动，反对不妥地选出的总导演及其推行的所有活动。并且，严肃提出如下四项要求：   第一、要求拒绝釜山双年展举办的一切展览、活动、工作、志愿活动、捐赠和支持。 第二、要求吴光洙运作委员长、全体运作委员和相关负责人的辞职。 第三、要求釜山双年展公开讨论2014年双年展运作上的所有问题和课题。 第四、要求釜山双年展为了双年展的新生提出改革蓝图。   2014年5月1日 釜山文化连带   * 敬告参与这次抵制2014年釜山双年展宣言的各位，恭请留下各位的姓名和单位。（工作类别均可）参与过今年三月声明的各位，先过目这次宣言，若有同意，请再留下各位的姓名和单位。谢谢各位！

■ La Solidarite de la Culture de Busan boycotte la Biennale de Busan 2014   Le Comite d'Organisation de la Biennale de Busan n'a pas respecte le processus de la selection de directeur. En violant la regle, Les membres du jury a recommande le candidat et ils ont finalement fait une proposition irrationnelle, a savoir deux directeurs. Ils n'ont meme pas retire leur fausse manoeuvre et aucune conversation avec les artistes de la region n'a pas ete faite. Une seule excuse a ete presente sur le site de Biennale de Busan. De ce fait, nous, artistes et citoyens, se lancons dans un mouvement de boycott de cet evenement dans lequel le directeur est injustement selectionne.   1. Refus de la participation aux expositions, evenements, benevolat, don et patronage 2. Demission de Directeur Oh Kwang-Su, membres du Comite d'Administration et des responsables concernes 3.
