My Balinese Friend

이번『My Balinese Friend』전시는 한-인니 수교 40주년을 기념하여 한국의 예술공간 세이와 인도네시아 발리 우붓 SICA GALLERY 와 bledong 주관으로 한국 작가들과 인도네시아 발리 작가들의 다양한 구성의 흥미로운 현대미술 30여점의 작품을 선보인다. 이번 전시를 통해 한국과 인도네시아 발리 작가들의 상호 문화적 교류로 더욱더 좋은 관계가 유지되고, 각 나라의 문화적 관심도가 향상되는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 코트라(kotra, 대한무역투자진흥공사)와 (주)굿필코리아의 사회공원 후원으로 현지 발리의 예술가와 지역민이 함께하는『세상 중심의 '나'』라는 네트워크 예술전시 지원 프로젝트를 통해 한국의 문화이미지 상승효과를 기대한다. ■

□ 연계 프로젝트     작가 연계 발리 지역민 프로젝트『세상 중심의 '나'』 후원,협찬 / 코트라_굿필코리아 기간 / 2014. 8일 10일 예정 / 총 2회 진행 참가자 / 현지 발리 작가, 현지 지역민 및 문화소외계층, 현지 자카르타코트라 무역관 대상 / 현지 지역민 및 문화소외계층 장소 / 현지 전시장내 - 양국의 작가들과 문화소외계층 및 지역민들이 작가의 작품 아이덴티를 접목하여    그룹별 주제로 다양한 방법론으로 진행한다. - 작가가 이 그룹의 멘토링이 되어 합동 작품을 만들어 간다. - 세상속의 '나'를 주인공으로 세계속에 뻗어가는 아이들의 풍부한 감성을 자기만의 표현으로 나타낸다. - 진행된 프로젝트 작업은 전시장 공간에 함께 전시되어진다. - 이프로젝트는 코트라의 중계로 한국의 글로벌 필기구 기업인 (주)굿필코리아와 할 예정이다. - 이를 계기로 한국의 위상을 더 알릴수있는 계기를 마련한다.

The 40th anniversary of Korea-Indonesia diplomatic relations, Art Space Say, SICA gallery and Bledong Art Space are inviting everyone to the exhibition, 『My Balinese Friend』, which presents about 30 contemporary artworks of Korean artists and Indonesia Balinese artists. This exhibition will provide a great opportunity to increase mutual benefits through culture exchange and build better relationship between Korean artists and Balinese artists. Also, it is expected to stimulate more interests in different cultures and traditions of Korea and Bali. Additionally, thanks to kind sponsor of KOTRA(Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) and GoodfeelKorea, there will be an artists networking fundraising project, called『'I' in the center of the world』,which local Balinese artists and residents will collaborate. This project is anticipated to raise the awareness of Korean culture. ■
