M.C=Massive Capitalism ● 이 프로젝트는 현재 대한민국에 자본주의적 기업질서의 고립을 겨냥합니다. 기업이 거대한 영향력을 갖게 되고 개인은 소모적 경제활동과 생존의 태도를 갖게 되었습니다. 개인의 질서를 흡수한 기업관, 여기서 개인의 환기로는 무엇이 있을까요? 일시적기업의 참여형 프로젝트를 통해 스스로 발언하며 행동하여 접근하고자 합니다.

T.E.A.M=Temporary Exporting Angry Midnight ● 환기의 통로인 접속을 제안합니다. (www.일시적기업.com) 공지가 전송-확산됩니다. 특정시간과 공간으로 사람들은 모이게 됩니다. 기업에 소속된 회사원, 프리랜서, 비정규 직장인, 파트타이머, 야근을 마친 신입사원, 면접을 보고난 후 방황하는 구직자들도 참여가 가능합니다.

O.T=Office Terror ● 처음, 일시적기업의 현장 프로그램은 '면접' 입니다. 면접 후에 바로 일시적기업의 '업무'가 시작 됩니다. 업무가 끝나면 급여가 주어집니다. 개인이 기업에게 줄 수 있는 영향력. 이것이 일시적기업을 가능하게 합니다. 기업의 질서와 개인의 질서가 혼재 할 일시적 기업현장을 기대합니다.

M.T=Midnight Terror ● 『일시적기업』은 프로젝트의 명칭이기도 하지만, 소속과 근무를 통해 활용-소모시키는 구조를 가진 대한민국 기업을 지칭합니다. 일시적 기업에서 주요업무인 테러의 행동은 현장에서 오로지 시각적 테러행위로만 기록됩니다. 또한 전복을 꿈꾸는 특정세대에게 시각적 테러의 상상력은 즉각적으로 사회에 변화를 주지 못합니다. 하지만 OT와 MT 그리고 TEAM의 본래 의미일 '일시적 연대감'을 체험할 일시적기업의 참가 사원들 에게 어떤 영향을 줄 수 있을지 응원하며 기대해 봅니다. ■ 차지량

M.C=Massive Capitalism ● This project is targeting to reveal isolation of capitalistic order of enterprise in Korea. Enterprises have massive influence and individuals show the attitudes of consuming economic activities and survive. What is the best way of return of individual values from perspective of enterprise which absorbed individual order? I would like to declare, conduct and approach to this aim through participatory project of temporary enterprise. T.E.A.M=Temporary Exporting Angry Midnight ● This project suggests an access as a passage of return. (www.일시적기업.com). A notice will be transmitted and spread. And people will be gathered at certain time and space. Employees, freelancers, temporary workers, part-timer, new employees after night overtime, and wandering job seekers after interview are able to participate in this project. O.T=Office Terror ● 'Interview' is the first on-the-spot step of temporary enterprise. Right after interview, 'work' of temporary enterprise begins. After work, participants are paid. The individual influence to enterprise, this makes temporary enterprise possible. This project looks for a scene of temporary enterprise which orders of enterprise and individuals are coexisting. M.T=Midnight Terror ● 『Temporary Enterprise』is not only the title of this project, but also means enterprises in Korea which have a structure of utilizing-wasting through belonging and working. Terror activity as a main work of temporary enterprise is recorded as only visual terror activity in the site. Also, imagination of visual terror of certain generation which dreams of overthrow is not able to immediate change of society. However, I expect this project will support participatory employees who will experience 'temporary the feeling of solidarity' that is the primary meaning of OT, MT and TEAM. ■ Cha Ji-ryang
