■ PROGRAM A 「Modern Art and Current Issues」: Focus on discussion about modern art -Excavation of modern art (history of modern art) -Ism and other stories (art movements and beyond) -Art in current issues around the world

□ 목적 : 영어로 듣는 현대미술 강의로 20 세기 세계미술의 흐름을 짚어보고 흥미로운 이슈들에 대해 토픽을             선정하여 자유로운 영어토론을 통해 현장에서 필요한 자기의사표현이 가능하도록 준비 한다. □ 대상 : 누구나 신청가능 □ 워크숍 진행 기간 : 2011 년 3 월 ~5 월 장소 : 브레인 팩토리 ( 서울시 종로구 통의동 1-6) 비용 : 1 인 12 만원 , 총 6 회 ( 각 2 시간 ) 시간 : 오전강의 (둘째 , 넷째 토요일 10am)          오후강의 (둘째, 넷째 토요일 1:30pm) □ 강사 : Tom Lee ( 강사는 다른 원어민으로 바뀔 수 있음 ) Course Description : This course explores development in the visual arts in Europe and America from 19th Century to Present: Painting, Sculpture, Architecture, Fluxus, and group Manifestoes along with major Artists from each movement will be considered. First two classes will focus on 19th and Early 20th Century before World War I. Classes 3 and 4 will focus on World War I and II. Classes 5 and 6 will focus on after World War II. Classes will be conducted in casual manner with discussions during classes to better understand the topic.

■ PROGRAM B 「Art Presentation Training in English Workshop」:Focus on presentation of your work Course Description : In this course we will discuss your work in English to build your confidence in speaking and explaining your work to foreigners or anyone who speaks English. We will have individual critique along with class discussions about your works and current issues in Art today.

□ 목적 : 세계 속에 한국 작가들의 진출을 도모하고자, 자연스러운 영어 토론과 작품 프리젠테이션 준비.             토론 중 가능 한 문답을 추출하여 핵심 있는 작품 프리젠테이션을 구체적이고 명확한 표현으로             구사할 수 있도록 대비한다 . □ 대상 : 해외 전시 및 레지던시 계획중인 시각예술자 , 해외 유학 준비 중인 미술전공자 □ 워크숍 진행 기간 : 2011 년 3 월 ~6 월 장소 : 브레인 팩토리 ( 서울시 종로구 통의동 1-6) 비용 : 1 인 15 만원 , 4 명씩 그룹진행 (4 회 ) 각 2 시간 시간 : 추후 절충 예정 □ 강사 : Tom Lee(artist)
