현실과 꿈이 공존하는 세계 ● 내가 말하고자 하는 것과 내가 표현하고 싶어 했던 세계를 캔버스에 하나하나 옮길 때 그림 안에 캐릭터들이 꿈틀거리며 살아난다. 그 캐릭터들은 인간 내면의 세계와도 같다. 우리가 살아가며 표출하지 못했던 모든 것들을 그들이 나타내기 때문이다. 그림 그리는 순간은 마치 꿈을 꾸는 시간과도 같다. 하루가 다르게 빠른 속도로 변해가는 이 세상은 자연도 변화시키며 무섭도록 미래를 앞당겨 앞만 보고 달려가지만, 나의 캔버스 안에는 여유와 행복 그리고 사랑이 공존하며 모든 이가 환희에 차 있을 뿐이다. 작은 캐릭터들은 서로 조화를 이루며 자신의 화려함을 부각시키기 위해 맡은 바 최선을 다하는 주인공과도 같다. ■ 문준호

The World Where Reality and Dream Coexist ● As I draw on canvass the world that I have wanted to talk about and express, characters in the picture come to life and start to move. The characters are like a human's inner world, because they represent all the things that we cannot dare to express in real world. The moment I am absorbed in drawing is like the moment of dreaming. Whereas this world shifts very fast, even changing the nature to rush for the future, in my canvass all characters are delighted, enjoying composure, happiness, and love. Such small characters are like protagonists on the stage who make continuous efforts to highlight their merits working in harmony with other characters. ■ MOONJUNHO
