narrative 책으로 하는 이야기

여러 종류의 책들을 읽으면서 글을 쓴 사람과 읽는 사람과의 이성적 또는 감성적 차이를 얼마나 좁혀 이해 할 수 있을까? 한 권의 책을 읽어도 사람들은 각자 자신이 처한 입장과 상황, 지식, 감성을 토대로 제 각기 다른 의미로 해석하고 이해 할 것이다. 나의 작업은 책 속의 내용을 쓰는것이 아니라 책의 이미지를 통해 나만의 이야기를 만드는 것이다. 비록 책 속에 내용과 의미가 쓰여져 있진 않지만, 나만이 간직하는 이야기가 담겨져 있다. 사람들이 작품을 보면서 시각적으로 인지할 수 있는 표면의 이미지와 느낌, 그리고 그 속에 나타나 있는 하나의 텍스트를 통해 그들이 가지고 있었지만 느끼지 못했던 내면적 이야기를 이끌어 내길 바란다. ■ 양성근

When the people read the book looking old and shabby, how much is it possible for people to narrow the interval between the present and the time when the book is written for understanding the book? A book may be interpreted in diverse ways up to each reader's situation. My work is making rather than writing a book. And the book doesn't contain any meanings and contents. In spite of the fact, the book let the people have the time to their imagination run wild, because of feeling the quality of the material of outward of my book and a text contained in my book. ■ YANGSUNGKEUN
