일상에서 경험하는 기쁨, 슬픔, 애틋함, 상실 등 인간성 안에 존재하는 다양한 감정의 층을 시각적 이미지로 표현한 것이다. ● This picture is expressing the stages of various emotions, which exist in humanity, such as pleasure, sorrow, love, loss, etc. that is what we experience in daily life, with visual image.

나의 작업은 일상에서 느끼는 순간의 강렬한 감정들을 손가는 대로 그려간 것이다. 처음 단순한 한 점으로 시작하여, 작업의 정점에 이르기까지 오직 마음의 흐름을 좇아 면(面)을 채워나간다. 흐르는 것에는 모두 질서가 있듯이, 마음을 따라 흘러가다 보니, 그 안에 질서가 생긴 듯하다. 슬픔이든. 고통이든. 기쁨이든 내가 작업의 첫 점을 찍었던 순간의 짧고 강렬한 감정들을 함께 했으면 좋겠다. 그것이 작업 하나하나 마다의 시작이고 끝이기 때문이다. ■ 김재경

My work is what I painted everyday's emotion at the moment without any intentions. beginning with the monotonous and the one point at first, until getting to the peak of the work/painting, I am filling the canvas following my mind only. like what it passes away has an order following my mind, it seems to appear an order in there. whatever they are sorrow, pain, and joy I want to share the short and strong emotions at the moment when I touched the first point of my painting. that is why they are the beginning and ending of every work. ■ KIMJAEKYUNG(번역_김영아)
