Chapter 11

Chapter 11 ● 기업이 파산보호를 신청을 명시한 조항이다. 법원은 청산가치보다 존속가치가 높다고 판단되면 파산보호 신청을 받아들이게 된다. 파산보호를 신청한 업체는 영업활동을 계속 유지하면서 다시 회생하기 위해 구조조정 등을 추진하게 된다. 예술이란 그 안에서 우리가 삶의 이해와 마주치게되는 최상의 형식이다. 여기서의 상태는 외적인 것이며 감각적으로 들어가는 것이다. 이러한 이해는 외적이고 감각적인 형식에서 출발해, 일정한 환경 안에서 우리의 본질을 보여주는 핵심으로 나아 간다.

Chapter 11 is a chapter of the United States Bankruptcy Code, which permits reorganization under the bankruptcy laws of the United States. Chapter 11 bankruptcy is available to every business, whether organized as a corporation or sole proprietorship, and to individuals, although it is most prominently used by corporate entities. In contrast, Chapter 7 governs the process of a liquidation bankruptcy, while Chapter 13 provides a reorganization process for the majority of private individuals.

Void Hotel Program is one of the major part of Void Gallery's promoting project that contain subject of our need, want, and desire with concept of temporality, Sanity, and Hospitality in contemporary morden world. ● The "Community" or "Group" has become a confusingly fluctuating and ambiguous term. The community organizing, then, can easily establish groups which negate their own attacks on the state, either by making good the state's failure to provide resources or by making bureaucracy more efficient as when they clarify some need through action which the state could never do. Thus the way that the contingencies of an imperfectly controlled society could be processed simultaneously has the fundamental risks of human existence. we are thinking here the crisis of life cycle and the dangers of socialization, as well as of injuries to moral and physical integrity. ■ JANGSOOJONG
