햇살이 끌고 온 빛의 걸음걸이 따라, 긴 그림자의 발등을 보는 날이면 희미한 기억 속에, 이따금 짧고 뚜렷한 편린들이 뒤를 돌아보게 한다. 그리고 녹을 듯 한, 알 수 없는 그 포근함의 은유가 색을 만들고 언어가 되어 걸상 앞에서 머뭇거린다.자연스럽게 잊혀져가는 것들의 이야기가 시선으로, 삐걱거리고 우둘투둘한 교실, 아이들의 재잘거림, 낙서의 흔적, 씩씩한 웃음들... 걸상을 통해서 나는 어린 시절을 기억한다. 후우- 바람이 내 안에서 인다. ■ 김진혜 갤러리

Along the steps of light the sun brought along, on the days I catch the foot of a long shadow, a short but vivid glimpses from the lost memories make me to turn back. And the metaphor of the unknown melting softness creates the color and becomes a word that dances before the chair. The stories of my youth, naturally forgotten things are coming back through the gaze, creaky and crumbly classroom, gabbling children, the vestiges of doodles, happy smiles and chairs.
