OFF_1℃는 미디어실험 + 예술언어를 생산하는 예술가들의 온라인 네트워커 언더그라운드아트채널 www.undergroundartchannel.net의 비정기 상영 및 전시프로젝트 입니다. 2006년 스페이스 셀에서의 OFF_ 0 ℃를 시작으로 비디오 & 미디어아티스트, 미디어퍼포머, 실험영화감독, 사운드아티스트의 네트워킹 및 작업프로세스의 교류를 통해 미디어와 예술의 접점을 찾고 실험적 시청각언어의 가능성을 모색합니다. ● 이 프로젝트는 작품 이외의 다양한 사회적, 경제적, 인적요인으로 인해 예술창작 및 소통의 기회가 제약받는 것을 부정하는 경계예술인들의 발언입니다. 그들만의 언어를 찾아가는 실험의 여정에서 잠시 머무는 간이역과도 같은 파티에 여러분들을 초대합니다. ■ 언더그라운드아트채널

OFF_1℃ is irregular screening and exhibition project of online network underground art channel (www.undergroundartchannel.net) of artists, who produce media experiment + art language. This project was started from OFF_0℃ in Space Cell in 2006, and searches for the contact point between media and art and seeks the possibility of experimental audio-visual language through networking and interchange of working process among video & media based artists, media performers, experimental film makers, and sound based artists. ● This project is speaking of artists, who say "no!" that they are restricted in artistic creation and communication by various social, economic and/or human resources except works of art.
